What does band the hem mean?

Rather than just roll up the pants leg get a rubber band or hair elastic and tie it around the corner of the hem like a little pony tail. So you can wear loose pants that don't cover your shoe. You can also fold in as you roll your pants leg so the ankle is tapered but this tends to come loose as you skate

this one is very specific. The eS track pants that rodrigo wears at SANTS. The lil logo on the shin is so cool to me. Ive never seen them for sale so maybe they were samples but i think about these pants a lot and always wanted a pair. still do
