Great thread idea, convenience store goodies are integral to a good sesh.

My typical choices are...
-Lime cucumber Gatorade and probably a Gatorlyte or two as well (I live in a notoriously humid state and sweat buckets when I'm skating).
-Candy is good for replenishing carbs burned off during the sesh, maybe a protein bar or pizza slice if I'm particularly hungry.
-Sparkling Liquid Deaths - after sesh, the bubbles are refreshing.

Some electrolyte beverage preferrably Pedialyte if the store has it, before noon I'm grabbing a Red Bull too.
Snack wise Quest Protein cookies, Hostess Strawberry Cheesecake bundt cakes (seriously these thing fucking rock) and maybe a bag of chips if something catches my eye.

I try to eat healthy but as soon as I got into a convenience store I turn into a 12 year old let loose for road trip snacks.
