While it breaks my soul having to give credits to Sweden, then I have to say that Malmö definitely pushed the DIY scene in Europe. I'd also add that London seems to consistently have pushed a certain way of skating, which is rather unique to them.

This is so true...DC & Pulaski in particular have been popping for a long time. It's still a fun skate city and people continue to make interesting video parts.

Philly has had by far the most influence if you are not mentioning SF , NYC or LA.

Boston heads have contributed a lot imo as well .
