NO INSOLES/No Box. The only thing I'll address is the inconsistency in the grain on the toe/front. I'm pretty sure that's normal and would resolve itself, but I factored this into the asking price. Unfortunately I do not have the insoles for these shoes, I can include a replacement from a different brand (New Balance 440), but I figure half of us replace them anyways.
