I would definitely go full out custom Letterman. Nothing crazy and posery. Less is more.

Black grey and purples. Hand stitching with dental floss. My personal fabrics and stuff.

Stuff I never ever share so it doesn't end up in an FA drop.

In my opinion he should be on team sock hop a little but a relaxing fit with cuffs.

What I do is separate my skate fashion from my “night out” fashion. Two entirely different wardrobes.

I think that’s what annoys me so much about the last 10+ years of skate shoes ape-ing dress shoes. It’s ok to keep those two things separate, and I certainly don’t need to try to shove my skate look into other facets of my life (fashionably speaking).

I was hyped when baggy came back, as it to me is “the look” from the best years of street skating. It is what I associate skateboarding to look like. Plus for me, it’s a lot more comfortable not having to squeeze into a ball hugger pair of skinnies. I was wearing a lot of tight clothing prior, which isn’t practical as one gets older and body parts start to change shape.

Good underwear (including socks) + baggy pants are the best

Personally I like a relaxed fit pant, maybe a little on the looser side. I just feel goofy with huge baggy pants on. Also I feel like I skate better with relaxed fit pants on. Skinnies are usually too restrictive and uncomfortable and baggies are usually too heavy and drooping over your shoes and heels. Also like mentioned above good underwear and socks (I like Stance Baseball compression socks) are essential for topping of the kit.

Jorts look good/bad for the same reason: they’re ironic. IMO Cromer has become the epitome of jorts/thrift trend wear, not in a bad way. Since his clothes fit correctly it looks a lot better than the supreme guys. But still, seeing him rock them religiously has me reconsidering my own jort choices and thinking it’s always been about pure irony. Is there any inherent utility value to short denim pants?

Medium baggy khakis or denim pants and white tee for the win.
