But they were actually good looking shoes. Rods shoes were awesome! Then the vulc decade took over.

A long time ago my car got busted in to, I had a pair of the Prods in the front floor board , the thief just took my stereo... i took that as a sign that they weren't as cool as i thought they were...

I don't think there has ever been or will ever be a shoe as lame as those lightning Nikes. Are they designed for people like Dave Vaughn or people who like pants like the ones Stevie Williams has been wearing lately? How can anyone with such taste become a designer?

It’s the react insole/sole construction. Absolute garbage. Worst construction for a skate shoe ever made imo

the logo placement is horrible. Without it I think they'd be a clean. Even if they filled the puma in black or like just kept the outline

I actually think the biggest offence on those is the skinny ass laces for such a huge shoe. It just doesn’t go together at all… D3s on its own is a fun shoe and I can see the appeal to a certain type (non-slap heads of course).

I work and live in a relatively larger city in the metro area of a massive city. I've seen a lot of "skate" shoes and have a great eye for spotting shoes, I've seen all of the trendy puff shoes like the Campus 00s, Knu Skool, Club C Bulc, Adimatic, ect. I've seen big poofy etnies shoes in the last week. I've even seen the One Nine 7 on a few people's feet. I have never seen a single pair of D3 in the wild and have never met anyone who owned a pair.
