I think Jess Johnson's work is hand done and incredibly time consuming so I'm not sure any board companies could afford to hire her. Maybe she'd be willing to do something for a small NZ brand though.

I'd like to see some Takeshi Murata 3D art on a board.

bought this book this weekend. raymond pettibon is a national treasure and i will for sure shed a tear when he passes. have seen and spoken to him multiple times here in NYC and he has always been very nice and welcoming.

I think something from Hannah Hoch, like Cut With A Kitchen Knife or Strauss being a classic. I think her montages would look good getting a little ripped up. Adds character.

Also I do love these boards but I do find, like, barely-in-the-grave artists being put on pop culture items like this to be pretty wank. She was an amazing, brilliant, rad lady but I don't really know if this is something she'd care about. At least she'd probably have just made her own pieces for board art. Oh well, I wouldn't say no to Extreme Tension.
