Okay, so the new Slap... not only does he close it out with a sick sequence, but he does so dressed like a fisherman. Anyone who doesn't recognise this as the only acceptable look in modern skateboarding is a total person. And before we start... I'm sorry there's no scan to go with this post (hence why it's here and not in Photos/Videos), but maybe someone can help us all out with that...?
Anyway, the real point of this post is: He skates a Blueprint board in both the sequence and the article that proceeds it. Now of course, if you're a dude short of a board sponsor we all know how you either pick up what you can, where you can (which seems kind of unlikely as they're skating in Austrailia, which to my knowlege is not known for stocking too much Blueprint product), or you get flowed product for a while, as you check out your options...
BUT he is Euro, and Blueprint is all about the Euro, so maybe they have big enough pockets these days to cover such a rider? (Let us not forget that Puleo ALMOST started riding for Landscape before he made the last minute switch to Traffic). It's pretty unlikely, but all I'm saying is: that was one sick sequence, and it'd be rad if he got on the team.
Wishful thinking?
Whatever, looking like a fisherman is enough to keep me stoked on him for now anyways.
