Why is shecklers face so fat still after quitting drinking?  I take it he’s living pretty healthy but he looks like he’s currently on a bender every time I see him.

How can you compare ellis to steezus? Ellis was one of first people to do the mega ramp and killed it at vert, the other is a hype beast that probably can’t drop in on anything bigger than 3ft. Plus like a tony hawk podcast with anyone else as a cohost would be too clean, with ellis we atleast get drug and dick jokes that no normal person would ever say while sitting next to Tony hawk.

I enjoy this podcast when it’s skaters, and love it when it’s vert skaters. Their celeb friends are of Varying quality.

Crazy that Ellis has been a professional radio and camera personality for like 2 decades. His solo show on patreon does okay.

I think he says he reads all comments/has someone read them for him and it hurts his feelings, so whoever is reading don't tell him but

I feel like the best episodes have had an Ellis who's quiet. The Reynolds ep being the best one. There's been so many where I've just turned it off because he's being so fukn annoying asking dumb awkward shit or telling some pointless ten minute story that doesn't relate at all to the convo and isn't funny.
The Patton oswalt one he straight up snatches questions specifically for tony and pointlessly waffles and you can see Patton's face getting over it.

They blew the reynolds episode imo. So many times he was gonna go on a tangent or further a story and tony or ellis would interrupt with some bullshit. That was my first experience and don't really care to watch any other ones.

Usually a hater but nine club has really picked up the pace and done a lot better with their interviews lately. I would venture to say I enjoyed the recent episodes more than last season of the bunt.

first episode i’ve been able to make it through fully - lagged hard for the last 15 minutes, but p rod’s beautiful hair and skin kept me engaged when the conversation went flaccid

Prods bullshit, constructed 'gettin it back' wellness series thing grinds my gears way past the point of it being a rational reaction to online content.  It's so contrived and he's barely out of shape, just such a low stakes comeback.  The thought of listening to this ep sends shivers down my spine.

Listened to the pod since the beginning. Haven’t in a few months. Basically, Ellis never shuts up and turns every guests story into a story about himself. He isn’t that bad but it’s fucking annoying. He thinks he is a comedian now cuz he doesn’t realize his preexisting fame is getting him opening slots and not his comedic skill.
Tony is not terrible but you can tell this guy is always out for the bag. He also never wants to talk anything bad about himself and damage his image. So “wolf” takes care of that. I get it but come on Tony you are prob a sex addict or something you’ve been married like 12 times lol. He seems like a genuine dude for the most part outside of that though and they both have good stories from time to time. But now there are ad interruptions ever 10 minutes it’s embarrassing. Also they only know about  vert and basically nothing about street especially Ellis.
