I was chatting with someone recently about an older video, roughly from 2015/2016 that was on instagram (I think) but I can’t find it. Here’s some quotes I remember…which may or may not be fully accurate.
“Hey what’s up guys it’s Matt and I’m gonna show you how to be a trendy skater, let’s do this”
“First thing you’re gonna wanna do is cuff your pants, more, more, hold it, cuff…you’re good! 👌”
“It helps to have some type of gimmick like holding a water bottle or something”
“So you’re gonna be doing a lot of sex changes and body varials, lot of spinning going on”
“Never neglect a good slappy grind…classic”
“Basically it’s like we’re skating in the 90s but worse…you know?”
“Make sure to post the ender twice with slow Mo zoom in”
I’m almost confident someone here will know this.
You’d think I would be able to find it with the amount of quotes I remember but I can’t.
I tried looking on YouTube because I remember seeing it there at one point and surprisingly found it was littered with unironic videos on how to look and dress like a trendy skater 😖
