It is also weird since Louie Caswell and Nestor were all teammates with Ben on Enjoi and his foundation has explicitly talked about how his alcohol use was not helpful to his mental health. You think they wouldn’t want to promote something that is pretty detrimental to mental health

True, it does seem a bit odd. I feel like the team without drinking would just be braille. I've got nothing but love for all those guys but it seems the drink is what fuels the tour bus.

He almost doesn't fit on the brand because of it. I don't know why but I feel like he fits on Thank You more than Jacuzzi.

which is funny cause he just came from skating for the other brand Daewon started, which itself is an offshoot of the company that this company is an offshoot of (enjoi) ???

Well if it wasn't abundantly clear from the rollout of the brand this video should remind you that these bros fucking LOVE DRINKING!!!! Seriously, I think everyone except for Micheal Pulizzi and maybe Louie had a drinking b-roll clip. I like drinking with my bros too, but it's a super played out image for a skate brand. I guess someone's gotta occupy that lane.

Overall, I still don't care about the brand.
ok thanks

dilos skating is very predictable but i still find him enjoyable (enjoiable heh heh) to watch

i like sketchy crusty hill bombs as much as anyone but sometimes it's nice to see someone just handle big gaps and stair sets like a boss

i dunno some tricks are just too fucking hard for me to ever expect. fakie 3 flip switch manny switch flip to fakie manny isn't something i woke up expecting to see - by him or anyone else.

Tony and Gus are so sick! Gus may only have had a minute or so of footage but it was impactful (especially with that track)

Michael Pulizzi's clips were great. The back 180 nosegrind on the wire was insane. Wish he had more clips. Caswell came through with some good clips.  I'll always love Louie, he's been a favorite since I first downloaded Bag of Suck off Limewire. Louie still manages to surprise me with new tricks. His part was great. John Dilo's skating is kinda whatever, he's good but very predictable at this point. His song was the coolest tho and worked well with the edit, which is impressive given how weird Death Grips is.

Overall, I still don't care about the brand.

For someone who doesn’t care you sure talk a lot ::)

you can arrive at not caring via careful consideration. skipping straight into not caring would be careless.

"The only thing I care about is not caring" - MC
That was such a fun promo. Tony Latham and Gus Bus were my favorites and they really came through with interesting stuff that got me stoked to skate. It's great to see a team curated by Louie Barletta and also to see him still ripping. I wish there'd been more Jackson Pilz - someone had posted on here that he had a little after credits part but I guess that's not the case. Anyhoot, I'm curious to see how the brand’s vibe/aesthetic unfolds over time. I hope they keep it silly and weird.

there were some good clips here and there, but i found the video really un-captivating until Dilo's part. and it didn't really give off any brand identity to me, so it just felt like a homie video almost...

i don't know, don't hate the brand or the video, but that rated high on the forgettability scale.

Great to see some Louie footage! All the drinking footage is kind of lame. The aesthetic of the company sucks too. I love Louie but I don't know how to feel about the brand.

Emerica should put Gus on.

Dilo's songs gotta be the worst I've heard in a long time.

True and true, but what else are they supposed to use as B roll?

That song felt so out of place, it almost felt like monnie ended ans i was watching a shake junt part or something.

Super entertaining video/edits (Tony was my mvp). I'm praying the next video features more pulizzi and pilz
