I just posted one and it was embedded, but other people's links don't seem to embed... @admin can you help with this?

It's happening with every link I post, thought it was because i needed to update YouTube and my mobile browser but that wasn't the fix

It's when people use the YouTube Short Url, we might be able to fix this in the future but I can't right now. For example
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t2sFQP6adkM
works but
https://youtu.be/t2sFQP6adkM?si=8aKiN4WjNKkEERxa
doesn't.
So if they copy the url vs copying the share url it works.

it's actually kinda nice to have two options to link to youtube videos now. especially if you want to reference a video in a sentence or paragraph, but not have the video preview load and break the flow.

i share a lot of gifs, and will occasionally link to video source as seen in this post:
