Need Help ID'ing my board

I was walking in a hipster area of NY (you could probably guess where), and found 2 decks on the side of the road, that a couple who were moving out use to have on their wall. I've set up one of the boards, which I am 99% sure is an Alltimers board, but I can't find it online anywhere. One of my friends said that the graphic is the lead singer of Mazzy Star, but that doesn't seem to help in the search.  Any help would be appreciated.

All of NYC is either a mall or a “hipster area” except for outter boroughs.  As oyolar said, it’s a Becky Factory which was Eli Reed’s company in mid 2010’s when he still skated before he became badmon.
