new KGLW album - The Silver Cord
« on: November 05, 2023, 02:52:57 PM »
King Giz and The Liz Wiz put out their second new album of the year (big surprise) and its an all electronic/ euro techno style album. I'm a huge fan of KGLW and I must admit this album didn't do a single thing for me. I knew it was an electronic album going into it, so I didn't expect much, but I ended up turning it off about halfway through. I was underwhelmed to say the least.

This is coming from someone who loved Butterfly 3000. In fact, that's one of my favorite records from them.

Anyone else have a chance to give this thing a go? Thoughts? If you like techno/ electronica/ or euro house you might like The Silver Cord.

I agree, and Petrodragon Apocalypse is one of their absolute best.
