Backside kick flips.: The deadline for the flick after you ollie

Basically I'm trying to launch out of a quarter pipe with a backside kickflip, but can't find the right combination of lifting the board out and then flicking that fucker while I turn backside in hopes of catching it. Would appreciate any advice, thanks.

What I have to do is quickly deliver the flick within a small window of the 90° point, straight in the direction the nose is pointing at that instant.
