same, long haired skaters who ride without hats are wizards honestly.

I feel the same. I let my hair grow to like mid back length during lockdown and couldn't skate unless I had a hat or beanie on. Once I got a haircut and ditched the headwear everything was so much easier

Anything similar to this moisture-wicking north face hat I picked up a couple black Fridays ago.  Not too flashy, moisture wicking, washable and not too heavy when wett, cant stand how heavy regular hats get when full of sweat.

Beanie most of the year, baseball hat in the Summer. Sometimes I'll do the beanie in the Summer but only on a cooler day when I know I can get away with it
