Looking For Early Shorty's Ad

Anyone have a scan of that early Shorty's ad where they are introducing the team in a 2-page ad, white background, and each rider has like a vertical rectangular photo with "codename" and stats under it. The photos are not of skating just like candid profile pics. Aaron Snyder's photo is him holding a weed pipe (probably depending on the magazine they ran it in, sometimes they censored the pipe with a small black box). And for Smolik, whom they must have been keeping under wraps somewhat as they got him from Voice, he's like a mystery rider,  the photo box is just a black box with some eyes in it, and the codename "O.D.S." underneath it.

Anyone got a scan of this 2-page spread? Obviously must have been published like late 1997 or 1998.

If I remember right, this was a fold out centerfold in Big Brother. When it was still owned by Rocco. It was 4 pages long when unfolded.
