I’m skinny, so what do I know…but is it safe to say as people who primarily skate….it’s actually pretty hard to ‘get too big’……if you just do some weights and shit, you’ll get some muscle tone, but the good/bad is, you aren’t going to wake up one day as Beibel…

I was looking for some nice full body warmup/workout routines on YouTube but all i find are kinda dumb with shitty music, kinda TikTok vibe people..
Can anyone recommend something proper?

3 X 15 squat

3 X 15 barbell bent over row

5 X 8 dumbbell weighted lunges

3 X 15 chin up

Day B

3 X 15 bench press

3 X 15 deadlift

3 X 15 weighted incline crunches

3 X 15 chin up

Optional: 1 hour incline walk, 2.5 mph, 12 incline afterwards on both days

If you define your expectations, available gear and style of training, then you can find something that fits you. If you just look for a full body warmup, you'll get way too many results.

That’s a lot of reps. I’d lower all the 15 reps to 10 reps except the deadlifts which I would lower to 5. I would also find a better ab exercise than crunches.

5 X 8 works just as well.

I always liked crunches on an incline with a 10-15 lb plate. That one may just be personal preference.

Has anyone done the knees over toes program? I am really interested in it but 50 bucks a month is really steep.
