That one announcer is so annoying.
[close]

I kind of liked his comment on Durao's shoe (Nike Ishod):
"I love Ishod, but there's not one nice thing I can say about those shoes"
[close]

I was talking more so about the other guy. Calling out the wrong tricks, doesn’t know if a trick was switch, going off topic about shit no one wants to hear about during peoples runs.
[close]

I think it's Kelly Hart
[close]

Def wasn’t smelly fart, although it did look like a taller skinnier version of Kelly. Yea he was going mad off topic, being a dick to some long haired homie during best trick (which was quite funny I guess) and being a dick in general, kept bringing up the money too haha

You're right it wasn't. Although he does have the same speech patterns and cadence, altbeit a slightly lower and more relaxed timbre.

Yuto isn’t a robot. He bailed almost every trick I watched him try

I reckon he can't be bothered to waste the energy and just throws things out there to test the waters. Landing a trick is just a matter of will for him

Finals was great, yuto's run was crazy, got a bit of busenitz vibes, great stuff.

Dilo looked like he just got off the airboat after drinking busch latte's and stumbled his way into the contest in true Floridaman fashion.

It's hard to look at bam. Those hood thing he wears remind me of the hippy festival garb that rave kids wear these days.

Decenzo misses the tre flip lipslide and Dune says “Ah goes for the 360 flip drakslide, couldn’t get it to flip out…(laughs)” Is clowning a pro skater mid-run acceptable these days? If so, why didn't they bring Clyde or Tim O'Connor?

chris blake doesn't really care about being profesh while speaking at tampa, from what i gathered he was pretty surprised that they asked him. and hes a chiller anyways so hes not gonna give a shit. also i think for the most part everyone kinda didn't give a shit about tampa cuz everyone knew yuto was gonna win either way

It is customary to have Kelvin on the second place spot on the podium at a major contest, almost impolite not to at this point

Chris Blake is the last person I would call a “chiller”

Dude has and always will be a dick. I grew up in Orlando, still live here, still rep it. Hes been an asshole since the old days at Metro, and it showed that he’s still an asshole to this day in the way he spoke about the pros at Tampa.

Crazy comparison. Not to take away from Yuto, he deserved the win, but it gave me little to no Busenitz vibes. GT was the sickest to watch skate. Antonio too. I thought Jake Yanko skated really well but it seems like the judges thought otherwise.

I would've placed Dashawn a bit higher. Didn't think he deserved to win it, but had a good combination of style, speed, tricks and not falling off.

Dashawn definitely skated well. Gap to noseblunt was really nice. I’m pretty sure he missed the ender in each of his runs, he was going for 360 flip noseslide or crooks down the handrail. Also noticed he seemed to get off his board a lot and set back up to drop in.

Just a bit guys, come on

Ok then, that went over my head. 😂

I'm pretty sure Yanko didn't flip his board once the whole comp and street course judges really don't like that.

If you’re comparing Yuto to Yuto it was a Busenitz run….but no..you can’t compare…it seemed a bit less calculated and better flow, but that’s the course and how the event is judged….which is why it’s the best.

It’s funny how the industry tries to make SLAP seem like this soft ass place where people only talk shit. It has been the best thing in skateboarding since 2012.
