Who has historically had some of the best and worst hats in skating?

Off the bat (aside from Lutzka's fedora, low hanging fruit) I immediately think of anyone who rocked too many 5 panel hats as worst. I'd also be curious to see what people have to say for the best hat game

Maybe this is the place to finally get this cleared up, when did 5 panel hats become so hated? I’ve always liked them. I only recently learned they were not well liked.
