I think Wainwright may have had a UK only shoe, which they never promoted...

Wainwright - had a shoe out on Vans about 2 years ago, he's got a black and turquioise Fairline colourway out just now which is pretty sick.

JB's got a Lakai colourway out

Jeremy - well they had the Cliche Lakai and Nike but that's more a company thing

Jeremy and Colin should get colourways on Nike (or i'd hope so) but i don't see if really happening, simply cas Jeremy had the Cliche Nike out and i can't see Euro teams getting shit, maybe a Blueprint colour way

Fred Gall had a shoe out on Recs or some equally bad shit

Jesse Paez had shoe on Kastel. I remember that team was Alf Rawls, Ricky Oyola, Ronnie Bertino and Jesse Paez, some of them had pro shoes.

As for wainwright, I think his shoe was shitcanned in 03/04 and reworked into Vans' Riffs model, which he and Darrell Stanton wore a lot. Comfy shoes they were too.

Carl Shipman never got a shoe either...
