"not skating a skateboard is wasteful" is such a backwards mentality about an inherently disposable thing, i can't remember a time when there's ever been a shortage of boards (knock on wood that we're not about to have one) and ironically enough the boards on my wall last much longer than the ones i skate!

I bought chucks for a Halloween costume a couple years ago and I was very surprised by how comfortable they were. I've never skated in them, but the comfort might be why people like to skate them

I heard recently…maybe it was a podcast with Todd Francis where Jeff Klindt forced him to come up with something ‘tough and American’ to replace the pigeon  while Julien was off camping for a weekend.  They flipped through a book of biker tattoos and the eagle was born…..
