Also I'm extremely tired of the same old "Fav Pros", Fav tricks", "Most Underrated Skater", "Best Style" threads and find no use posting that I like Scott Johnston and Backside Nosegrinds every 2 months, and then have some fucking person argue with me about tired garbage about Slap Cliches or any shit.

i just want some examples on why he gets so much hype. i remember a feeble to fakie on this crazy ledge in a thrasher over a year ago, but it was sick nontheless. he should just put out more coverage to deserve the hype he gets. gimme proof.

You just totally nerded me out... Anyways, the point was that you're setting the bar of expectation too high. It doesn't matter that the truck hit because he did it and I'm not a big enough loser to remember or be bothered to look but I bet it still looked damn good. First, I would like to see the examples of him getting hype. Do you mean he gets mentioned alot in "fav pros" thread and shit? I think every part he's had is awesome, he has a truly aesthetically pleasing style, and he has the most tasteful trick selection in the game right now.

Why don't you start this thread about SJ or Julien? They don't get much coverage and have tons of "hype".

i don't think julien gets as much hype anymore as much as it is more of a "ledgend status" thing. and its obvious way back then, he had a lot of coverage.

im basically just wondering why he gets so much hype on the boards. it seems almost like he did something remarkable that i didn't even see, because everyone makes a big deal about him.
