I'd say an album with songs that you like from the first listen will get old pretty quick. This new interpol album keeps growing on me more and more so it most likely wont get old fast.

i saw them today and they sucked.

 they sound exactly the same as their recordings. i listened to them on my i pod while watching them live for one song. it was cool.

Our Love To Admire is the first Interpol album that I can't listen to from beginning to end, straight-through.
In fact it's almost painful. Turn On The Bright Lights and Antics are classics, and I tried really hard to like this new release, but I'm truly dissapointed.

i definitely like the new one way better than antics and don't mind live shows that sound just like the album

but self indulgent stuff is fun live too, just matters if you like the band or not I guess
