i sprained my wrist yesterday at some skatepark. for some reason i thought that i could tailslide a board high ledge going as fast as i could because i landed on one going slow. i push full speed at it, pop and turn in the air, hit the ledge with my tail while my board is still turning, try and run on top of the ledge, superman dive straight onto my wrist, then get up and my whole body hurts. i didn't know i had done anything to my wrist until after i stopped skating. now it hurts like hell and i can't move it
