Dang, dude, that's fucking gnarly. Figuring out what to do about alcohol is a tough one. Trust me, I don't have any answers.

I do, however, have a bit of advice about how to get your brain back up to speed; personally, I get a bit down and anxious after a bender. You need to get your seratonin levels up, so you at least don't feel mentally shitty (if you don't, then that's good!).

Head on down to your local health foods store (maybe your grocery store has it), and pick up some 5-HTP:
