Haul ass.
Front foot should be just a tippy toe on the board.
Square rails are easier to learn on.

the way that i do them, is i keep my back foot kind of hanging off the tail and my front foot a little bit below the middle of my board and keep my front foot almost all on the board and slightly pointed, then just ollie and lean back and push with your back foot, and eventually you will get the hang of them.

i disagree round rails are much more easier to grind front feebs on, in my opinion.

if you're going to learn them on square rails, you might as well learn them on a ledge first. then you can be ahead of the cool new trick guys. but not for long

trick is to approach it like a 5050 (with your shoulder parelell to the rail, ledge) just lean back on it, slightly  its an easy trick if you don't think abou tit much.
