well ali, here ya go!
shred for keenan was started due to an unfortunet event. the passing of keenan milton.
a few friends and myself wanted to do something to remember one of our favorite skaters. a guy who exuded style and fun.
we came up with the idea of haveing a big skate tourny after seeing a 411 with keenan playing skate with his boys and then roomates gino, and eric.
we had been playing tons of skate with all our friends at the time the video came out and we really love that keenan,gino, and eric were having so much fun doing the same thing that we though keenan would dig it.
it was a way to have a contest with out having a big stressfull contest.
we've had it every year since keena passed away, and have always had big turn outs.
some people even adopted the idea of having a skate tourny after our event was featured on crail tap.<es' game of skate?>
gino has shown up a few times and one year we were even lucky enough to have all of keenan's fellow team mates stop buy during the hot chocolat tour.

this year we will be having it on aug 4th. due to some scheduling delays.
it will be in great barrington mass. at the skate park
we will not be having a s.k.a.t.e. tourny this year however as it has become to much the norm and a little jockish wich we dont think keena would dig.
so were having a big jam with a few different little events mixed in.
so come on out and shred for keenan and every other skater who passed too soon.
