Cut up a strip of bacon, mushrooms, white onion and fried them up, then threw in a couple of eggs for a nice breakfast scramble. Topped off with some Louisiana hot sauce. Really hitting the spot.

Made a big pot of saag style curry the other night with tofu instead of paneer and I've been eating the leftovers with brown rice or quinoa for lunch these last few days. It's super simple to make and I swear it tastes even better as leftovers, so I'll be making it again for sure.

I’m not much of a cook but I recently have been getting into making Asian food at home. Took me forever to get the proper stickiness on the rice but now that I’ve got that down I’ve been making homemade teriyaki dishes and it’s dope. That being said, I had a smoothie for lunch.

Watermelon from Lancaster County PA. It has black seeds, everything at the grocery store is seedless and no where near as good. It is the sweetest watermelon I have ever had with a hint of honeydew. $4.50 for a 20 LBS Mellon.
