Made spicy teriyaki salmon, steamed Chinese eggplant in peanut sauce, and quinoa for dinner. I went overboard with the chili sauce but otherwise fire.

Side note- picked a shit load of chilies earlier this year and fermented them with carrots, onions, garlic to make a hot sauce. Been using it in everything I fuck with the fermented flavor

Made a pot roast for dinner, fuck that was good. Not something I usually eat but chuck roast was on sale 2 for 1 so i had to take advantage. I put soy sauce, worcestershire sauce and fish sauce in there and that made it so good.

Got short ribs slow cooking for dinner. Seasoned floured, and seared hard. Add mirepoix, deglaze with red wine, add beef bone broth, tomato paste, fresh rosemary, fresh thyme and crushed garlic cloves. Low & slow with some mashed potatoes boiiiii

Boston Market rotisserie white chicken and BBQ sauce plus some leftover sweet potato casserole from last night.

As far as fast food options go I've always thought Boston Market was shitty but I've been getting it pretty regularly lately and I have to say the food is pretty decent. I'd say it's on par with like Panera for quality, albeit in a totally different style. This BBQ sauce is good for a chain restaurant and the ribs are surprisingly good for being so cheap. I fux wit dat apple cobbler too.

Made my first homemade pizza today being tutored by remote by my buddy who’s in Thailand, kind of a precarious setup but I nailed it first try! Just dough, chopped tomatoes, mozzarella and some olives, and it came out splendid. Only “mistake” was that I made way too much dough so I have enough for another three pizzas over the next week or so
