Ate way too much fuckin pasta way too late last night. Didn't get done cooking til 9 and smashed 2 bowls before bed damn it.
Bomb ass simple recipe tho:
diced chicken thighs seasoned with Goya and crushed red pepper, cook in a pot set aside in bowl
Sautee diced onions and garlic
Add in a pile of largely chopped tomatoes, cover and simmer til soft
Add good Pinch of usual herbs: thyme, parsley, oregano, Italian seasoning
Add 2 cups chicken broth and let simmer til reduced
Salt to taste
Add in frozen peas
Once reduced add back chicken and add handful spinach
Add quarter cup of cream
Add a box of rigatoni pasta and mix it all up
