Made chicken stock from the bird I broke down earlier this week. Simmered the bones and carcass for a few hours, added some garlic, buffalo sauce, black pepper and Tony Cachere's creole seasoning. Turned out awesome! Ready to make a dank fuckin soup
Buying a whole chicken is so much more cost effective, probably gonna do that more often
