I woke up hungry today and made a pretty odd breakfast.

First thought was flatbreads broiled with eggs and bacon on top.

Then I ended up using some sundried tomatoes to make a spread to put on top of the flatbread.

I added some scrambled eggs and bacon and jalapeno Havarti and it basically became breakfast pizzas.

Very good though.

Blended together:
2 frozen bananas (buy the brown ones for half off and freeze em)
2 tablespoon sized scoops of peanut butter
1 scoop fermented plant protein powder
some soy milk
some water

this keeps me satisfied for at least 3-4 hours and tastes pretty good

I just made this bangin bbq sauce and canned it for some christmas presents

Smoky Peach Sauce

1 onion, fine dice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can peaches in juice
1 small can chipotle peppers in adobo
1/2 cup mustard
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons cinnamon
salt and pepper

saute onion and garlic until cooked, add the rest and simmer for 30 minutes, puree in a blender until smooth then serve

Good afternoon yall this is the hombreezyswonderfulnothorriblelife spicy tuna melt. It makes 2 sammiches

Mix these in a bowl
1 can tuna
1 pepper diced
2 stalks of green onion
Lots and lots of black pepper. I use the good kind the peppercorn you grind and break. Once before the mix then more after the first mix
Some sprigs of jason dill chopped up in there if you like dill
The right amount of mayo

Mixer up. Fire up toast in the hole and if you partake in cheese use the good mozza nothing presliced

Slap dat and enjoy. Nomz
