That kinker he back smithed was my motivation everyday while filming for sight unseen. I lived on that block and would ollie the rail everyday before skating to the train to go downtown. Back smith on that is a nice one even to this day.

you lived in sfsu student housing?

The street is called Holloway. There's appartments across the street. It was dope living there cause the food on campus was cheap and good.

Don't forget all the campus parties...

i would def. like to see a few more parts to that.
three just wasn't enough.
especially with all the plan B footage in there.
it took up a lot of the time.

part 2 and 3 were really interesting

just out of curiousity, back in the old plan b days how did skateboarders in general view ternasky? cause from that video i kind of get the vibe that alot of dudes back then thought he was a kook.
did he ever physically skate?

chain wallets were badass.
Han solo blew up the Death Star in Episode 4.  Heard it from a friend.  Reliable source.

I'll be completely honest, he wasn't a skater or really related. He was like a drill seargent. He'd always make jokes to me about some competition between  blind and plan b. I guess he "won" the competition cause plan b took their filming seriously. We never had a guy on our back like that and just skated. So when  a kid looks back at that time he'd never know that it was pretty much blind and plan b as the best teams. They look at it like Plan B was the best by far. Not really the case but gotta hand it to him cause the drill seargeant mentality did a lot for each and every one of those skaters. So in that sense, you gotta hand it to MT cause his influence brought out the best of all the plan b skaters and I bet all those guys are thanking him now for that. And also, he's to thank for how a company prioritizes a skate video. If not for him you may have not seen a lot of great videos after.

1 part Duffy. 2 parts Plan B/Ternaski.

i hated that. i wanted to hear duffy tell his story, not spend 10 minutes listening to other people talk about plan b, the move to the girl camp, mike t.'s death ant funeral etc. save the girl story for carroll's episodes and save the plan b history until a plan b episode. anyone else notice how o'dell seems to shift the focus on the last 1.2 episodes? like rattray's third episode was more on stu graham.

It brought out the best but at the same time it caused them to implode.

I'd say the way Mike Ternasky ran things heavily influenced the way Jamie Thomas motivates his guys.

Carroll's talked a couple of times about the Plan B pressure in interviews.
