I feel you, man. I want so badly to be able to do that trick well. I think it's probably one of those tricks that you need to do innumerable times before it starts to work properly. I've never done a front shuv that felt "right" until I actually started doing them quite a bit this year.

I think our big problem Duey is that we have at least four friends who have immaculate FS Shuvs.  Makes anything we do feel rather inadequate.

You're right about that. It's like being a really fat girl with four stunningly beautiful best friends. I'd come up with a more specific analogy, but I'm not too up to date with my pop. culture and so forth. Who are the four, by the way? Matthew, Jason, Cameron, Kevin?

I can't come out fakie on tailslide, fs and bs. I never really tried though, cause I think it looks better when you bring it back.

I did a bs nosegrind pop out into the bank of a ledge a couple of dags ago, I was stoked, always thought it was a cool trick

I'm with you on the sketchyness. Mine, literally roll on the floor, I'm hoping a few days of working on my switch/nollie game will improve them, I feel like such a spastic when I try switch/nollie flips.

fakie bs(?) 5-0 popout midcurb, like a nollie bs nosegrind popout wenning style. Much easier then i thought, just do it like a regular bs 5-0.

I'm having a lot of fun with flatbars lately, I learned front feebles and I stuck a front smith kickflip out today on the ledge at the skatepark. Hoping to land that one this weekend.

They're so fun. Now I'm just tryin to find that perfect balance so it's as dipped as I can get it without looking like a fucked up bs lipslide :P

Learned inward heels. Still working on nollie flips mine look so skecthy.

Inward heels are fun/weird. They're one of those tricks where they're either popped and flip kinda slow, or it's that little kid style where it's almost just a pressure flip and pops just enough to get off the ground. I love doing them, but no matter what the leg movement always feels so awkward.

Edit: Finally getting comfortable with nollie dickside 180's. I don't know why, but they're just really fun.

After weeks of trying them and coming super close, today I finally got several pretty lengthy fakie ollie to fakie 5-0s (or switch fs nose grind, if you prefer) to pop-out mid ledge.

I was feeling so psyched after that I also managed to learn 360 pop shoves.

One of the better skate days I've had lately, and I never even left the park, which just goes to show I should talk less shit on parks...

I've always been able to half cab heel, but they were popped enough where they weren't rolling. For some reason, they were popping tonight. I only landed one but I got ADD and wanted to try my luck with other tricks. Almost have back 3's.
