I learned 'em lazy man... as long as the grindy thingy is good and fast, you can pop up and just jam the nose down and drop off the end... at least to get the feel of it. After that you can dress it up with the axle-only version (no nose touch). Sick!

Yesterday me and DevilonEnzyte went to a mutual friends indoor mini (mini mini as in 3 or 3 1/2') for a rain sesh and I finally got backside bigger spins locked. Done 'em before, but they were either sketch or on embankments, shit's a lot different on transition. I landed three, and my general rule is if you can get it three times in a session, it gets claimed. I pop/scoop it like an impossible, let it drift, and catch it on the way in.

Came damn close to getting a backside 360 ollie to reverts aka slippery a 540 ollie on the same ramp, but it was hot as balls and we got worn out quick. Came too damned close... going to keep it as one of my next short term goals.

I've been skating again for 2 months after having to take a year off. I still can't kickflip consistently. I got a FS 360 though which doesnt make any sense considering I could never do those when I was younger. Only took a couple hours to learn. Feels good man.

proper nollie flips with some sort of degree of consistency instead of the occasional flop
fullcab bigspin (fakie biggerspin?)
and am after about 2 years of losing them completley am back on with fullcab flips :)
I'm going to argue that Placebo owes their entire career to a Canadian dude's skate video part. Appleyard should be getting royalties for this shit.
