No0thing embarrassing about learning something you couldn't do before, man.

Lately I've been working on doing flippity doos out of manuals and nose manuals, thought the nose manual to flip trick out are looking really weak right now... but that's because I'm currently really weak at 'em.

Slappy/wallridish nosepicks on curbs, like just ride straight up to a curb with your front foot on the nose and backfoot in the middle of the board and jam into a nosepick without doing an ollie. Than try to do it on a slightly bigger curb. Fun, lazy and fat.

it's like a fakie shuv to switch manny to switch shuv out only skip the manny & repop/scrape immediately.

landed 3 back tail kickflips yesterday after trying them on and off for 2 years.  the trick is to approach the ledge like its curved, come at a 40 degree angle.  once I started doing that the flips were more consistent :)
it's okay to hate but you need to apply all hate evenly and fairly.

Not sure If I should be embarrassed to say this but just learned how to front 5-0 on ledges.

No way, learning anything is sick.

I learn, lose, and re-learn stuff all the time. I could do nollie hardflips and nollie heel bigspins when I was 16, about 17 years ago but today I can hardly nollie-flip w/o a bump or small drop.

Had to take a lot of breaks in the past several years due to injuries but back at it strong now and still learning.

Working on nollie 180 crooked grinds lately, got the pop and the lock, but keep messing up the dismount. Any tips? It feels a lot different than a regular switch crook because of how you twist your body to get into it.

Be sure to give it a nudge when you're coming out, or it will just fall away from your feet. There is something weird about that trick, you focus so much on the nollie 180 into the grind that your muscle memory forgets everything you knew you had to do in a switch crook.

I learned to tailslide this long c block at the park. Yay.

Tailslide reverts on tranny

Welcome to the cool-kids club. Been doing those for a lot of years and pretty much always pull it but its still one of my favorite tricks to do. Good set-up trick on park street courses too, it always flows well in a line. When it's done right it's one of my favorite to see too. One of life's simple pleasures.

I've learned nollie frontside 5-0s and fakie fronside nosegrinds. Almost the same trick.

Pretty stoked that I'm finally getting hardflips down. Next one the list is tre flips (doubtful).
