Its where you do like an ollie one foot but your board goes vertical. Then the nose hits your pants (the saggy part of the crotch) and does a flip. Hence the name MC Hammer flips : ))))

That sounds so dangerous for the groin. How do you not credit card yourself or just have your junk get all smashed? Do your pants have to be pretty loose and baggy?
I wouldn't try this. The trick sounds like it would look pretty good though.

Nollie backside flips with an extra 180 body rotation so i do a 360 while the board is flipping basically. I never saw anyone do it before and messed around with it for a while but I have landed them successfully and I'm working on the switch fronside flips with the extra body follow now since it's basically the same trick.

Ollies down stuff out of manuals. like earlier tonight I did a manual across a sidewalk and then ollied out of it down a five stair. It was a new one for me, but I fucked myself up because the landing was super short and I face planted into a door. Still stoked.
