Hey how do you slappy noseslide?
Slappy noseslide, front foot in noseslide position back foot in position to give just enough leverage in accordance to height of ledge or curb ( if its a regular curb you can just forget about the back foot really) approach at speed, the more the better, come in straight/parallel about a boards length away then carve towards ledge/curb and lift if necesary, as soon as you make contact place all your weight on the nose and pay attention to your shoulder rotation to control how you locked in and slide. Back foot should be almost weightless and drawn up towards your chest shoulders should be almost square to the board but this depends on your comfort when sliding. Once sliding decide when to dismount and the best way I've found is to ease off the front foot the reapply pressure quickly and engage back foot just below bolts and pop either to regs or fakie. Just push a little into the ledge. Like most slappy tricks the hard part is just committing before the slide. I love slappy noseslides.

Nollie 360 flips, frontside flips(apparently they look like Muska flips), big flips, half-cab heels.
I skate flat ground too often.

Cab to backside disaster. Still a bit of a lunch break on the coping most of the time, but I did a couple ok ones. I also did one to axle stall accidentally.

I'd messed around with frontside hurricanes to fakie for a few years off and on, usually being able to slide them but never land them. But this summer I worked on really learning them with a revert out to regular. In the past month I've finally figured them out on flat bars, and it's by far the sickest feeling trick I've ever learned. I'm getting them going pretty long, too.

I've been forcing myself to work on being less shit on transition. Initially it was a bit of a slog (I really am terrible at it) but it's becoming more and more fun as I get more confident with it. Yesterday I figured out how to ollie into stalls and got it into back 5050s, 5-0s, smiths, and tails.

switch backside slappys on ledges. not consistent yet but its a weird one to do switch. switch slappy 5-0s aren't too far out of reach either.
