cheers JB, wallies are the dopeshow! i learned the riverdance in a crowded indoor park today. nobody quite cheered but i don't think they were bummed either. i didn't realize you weren't sposedta keep jumping foot to foot so mine was more elongated/less fluid than mr rattray but what can ya do? landed a fs 180 nosegrind wicked easily then couldn't duplicate so i won't say i learned it but that riverdance has been on my mind for some time.

A week or so ago I had my last session before I had to get ankle surgery, so it kind of clicked to me that I didn't really have to worry about hurting myself... It also clicked that I worry about getting hurt simply because I won't be able to skate, not because I'm going to get hurt.. If that makes sense.
Anyways.
I figured out how to do frontside bonelesses over coping, which was actually always a problem of mine. I would do them about three quarters of the way up the transition. Turns out, surprise surprise, going over the coping is the same as going under it. Now, I'm just looking forward to figuring out how to hold my speed when I land, instead of having to really work to get to the coping again for a rock fakie.
That and the few sessions before that, my balls finally dropped and I sessioned the almost-kind-of-legit-but-not-nuttable indoor park rail. Front board, front willy grind as a joke, kind of, and I tried front feeble forever the last session I had.
Either way, I just wanted to have a satisfying session where I kind of couldn't really walk afterwards, and I did. I'm just kind of bummed it took something like "hey, you're getting surgery soon, why hold back?" to get me out of my shell.

tl;dr
For someone w.no signature ur awfully hostile, & that is why I do this

Fakie tail stall, then quick pop to disaster. Also did one to a fs pivot. Oh and I've done them before but got better at fakie hurricanes to fakie.

I hurt my ankle and can't ollie, but I can do no-comply tricks. I just learned no-comply cab (fakie no-comply, fakie 360 if it doesn't make sense) and no-comply big heel.

Oh and I'm working on fakie no-comply fs 180s. It's awkward but I think it could be the new big thing.

skated for the first time this year and learned manual back 180 on this like 2 inch manny pad lol
its not off the front either, that part of the manual pad still had snow so i veered off to the side and unintentionally learned them
would you rather read an abudabi post or have a screwdriver shoved up your ass?

Back smith and feeble front 180 on ledges. Been trying new shit lately, even if it's a basic trick it feels so good landing something for the first time.

At first dont try to slide it. Figure out to do the out immediately rather than trying to slide. And do it very fast and abruptly, turn fast your shoulders and pop it back. In fact you will be suprised how much you will slide whithout trying it while you are doing the pop out.  After you have it you can try sliding it then poping it.
