nollie smith grinds, oh no! i tend to believe that rear of board tricks done nollie is a copout [nollie tail, nollie lip, nollie 5-0] but it's another piece of the infinite puzzle i solved. thank you skateboarding!

Fuck yeah, Holler flatbar? Kind of learned wallies the other day after fearing them my whole life.

I need to learn wallies I just have never really tried them for some reason they just seem to never reallly get up right. I leaned real slappys on curbs so thats a plus
my advice is to find a yellow block that holds a handicapped sign or some other solid obstacle w/ a bit of slant to it. learn them off to the [back] side first and if the obstacle is smaller go over the top like sly stallone. one of the raddest feelings on a skateboard!

I have to agree with the best feeling.
Another advice when trying them on obstacles with a 90? angle: Don?t Ollie or pop tail. Just crash into the obstacle and try to hit it with both of your trucks. Kind of like riding over a jumpramp.
Have fun with it.

Fully extended frontside Bertlemann to grind on a perfect steep bank to curb.  Try that shit.  You'll probably tear your rotator cuff.

I set my feet up like a regular bigspin and just scoop the tail way more than a regular bigspin. The hardest part is getting your body to move that direction.

Just learned front noseslides. More like a nose tap on the end of a ledge, but it's something.

Got a couple new manuals today. Kickflip nose manual backside 180, and frontside 180 fakie manual frontside flip.

Depends on the rail. But yeah, it happens way to often that the wheels are going under the rail, which makes the board stop.

i figured out that your front foot basically doesn't have shit to do with it. You have to lift it and get it out of the way asap and then you scoop it like you would a no-comply impossible.
also keep your shoulders angled at about 45 degrees.

Landing it can feel pretty odd, whether you have the wrap around or the 'david gonzales 360shove' impossible, you can't really tell if it was right or not. so you just gotta keep doing them until you're satisfied

Always had trouble with backtail bigspins. Set out to get a few landed and figure them out at the skatepark ledge. Landed a couple decent ones. The trick for me was stop trying to do the whole box, and start about half way and kind of use a bouncing method. Lock into the tailslide and bend my knees and then spring up while starting to shove the board. Stoke!
Maybe I'm just so cool I wanna die.

Frontside nosegrab to fakie over a qp hip. I'm scared to go much higher than coping, but I'd like to get them more comfortable. Seems like a good set up for fakie tricks where speed is an issue.
