3 shuv front 50-50 on ledges yesterday. I tried to get it on a rail but I kept on landing in a front lip or a front smith. Also I kept almost riding away trying a front smith to sugercane on a rail. I was trying to come out fakie the whole time but it might be easier to bring it back around and rollaway regular.

Learned no comply fs disaster on mini today, definitely stoked on that because I'm pretty weak at tranny.

I'm also right on the threshold of landing no comply lipslides, on the tall box at the park I've been able to slide out lipslide across the entire ledge , but haven't rode away from one yet. It's my goal to land it finally this week.

Cab front boards and boardslides on tranny. The boardslides on tranny are especially fun and feel amazing. I'm glad I have enough tranny tricks now so I can flow while I'm at a skatepark instead of being forced to do a axle stall.

I'm about 90% sure it was this thread where i saw someone post "backside noseslide fakie cause i dont give a fuck" and its become a running joke but, did a couple of them today for the 1st time in years and i actually gave no fucks at any point

unless you can get the rob welsh pop out it seems impossible to ride away from a noseslide fakie with either speed or style

the last day i was able to skate i re-learned the frontside 5-0 one foots. el vortex gave me the secret years ago, but i haven't done one in maybe five years. i also tried a little copping shuffle doing blunt pop over to back noseblunt. it was on a little quarterpipe so who knows if i'll ever actually take it to a big boy ramp and make it look cool. it's not a technically "hard" trick to do but barley grinds always scared me for some reason. i sucked it up and started flinging myself into this flatbar until i was comfortable enough to start really committing and doing them

damn that musta felt good. i did a staple gun on a quarter pipe for the first time. i guess i'm calling it a chicken's rock to fakie. it might not've been a staple gun since the front foot didn't slide onto the table, it was just like get your back foot that tilt and do a quick coping smack with my front truck. was pretty fun. first coping trick for me.

Boardslides on tranny(which are fun as fuck) and I finally understand front shuvs. I knew that you were supposed to keep your front foot still and have a nice scoop with your back foot but for some reason I couldn't translate that to my feet. The trick suddenly makes sense now tho and I'm hyped to do em with comfort.
