Back 180 manny

I need to learn this one. It seems like it would feel really fun.

And I can do kickflips again... They come and go.
[close]

How did you do it? I haven't done a proper kickflip in years. Somehow they won't pop, even thoug my ollies and all the other tricks pop nicely.
A friend of mine has the same problem and we can't figure out what to do. 360-flip feels good but it would be nice to have the kickflip back again some day.

Honestly, I think I just got lucky. I landed a few in a row one day and all of a sudden I have them good again. I used to be able to do them almost every try, then I learned impossibles and my kickflips kinda disappeared. Now that I got them again, my impossibles suck. I think I've done like three 360 flips in my life, so you got me there.

I learned that one on a manny pad that was on top of a bank, so that made it a lot easier. The first time I landed it I did a 180 out when I wasn't really trying to. It's almost easier that way, because your body wants to keep turning.

It seems like everybody is posting nonsensical no-comply tricks but whatever, yesterday I did a no-comply half impossible.

Frontside lipslides on bigger ledges. I want to take it to the hip high bump-to-bar but I lay awake at night in cold sweats haunted with potential ways I could maim myself. This isn't normal, right? Estrogen made me a bitch.  :'(

ew that is a trick that ACTUALLY grosses me out.  I dont have very pretty no comply impossibles(and dont get me started on how ugly my actual impossibles are), but when I try no comply impossible and it only spins half way im so embarrassed because i think it looks so bad.
maybe i just need to see a good one done, any examples?

not bashing you, congrats on a new trick!

probably referring to the cab bigflip thing from WHL line^^^

I did a frontside half-cab flip a few nights ago. I've never been good at that trick.

front smiths on ledges, I could always do them on flat bars and hand rails but for some reason never took the time to learn on a ledge. I love how nice of a snap you get when you pop out on a ledge

Nice! I was watching this contest footage of Mullen from the early 90's and he does one and I thought it was pretty dope. I haven't seen many of those. Probably a haymaker in games of SKATE!

bs 50-50 to wallride. i did the halfassed nollie out to be conservative and not battle it forever but on the bank to ledge i was skating it was surprisingly easy. told my pal 'too bad i'll never prolly find a street spot to do it again' and he answered sagely 'we'll just build one'.

Im confused as to how that trick works on a bank to ledge or at all really, got any examples? it sounds sick, my feeble mind just can't fathom it.

this is how it works if you've got quick feet. bank to ledge was easier because i had mad time to grind and get prepared to slam and welcome to the jam into the dead end of the ledge and the incline means you're going to ride away even if you're outta gas.

Was really close to learning Fs slappies the other night. My main problem is that when I get my front truck fully locked in my back truck stays on the ground, or if i manage to get both trucks on the curb I kinda do like a sideways type grind where I'm grinding with both trucks but I'm leaning away from the curb too much, instead of actually standing on the grind, and I fall off after only grinding for a split second. Gonna try to go back soon and work on them. Luckily I live right next to a plaza with some amazing red curbs.

Back lip shuv on a little flatbar. Stoked because I just learned back lips last week, the shuv out is actually not too hard.

And I did some back nosegrind 180s the other day, that one is really fun.
