It looks to me like black bars have been added top and bottom to make that clip look widescreen, when it's not.   All it's done is chop the image...

Bobby Worrest had been growing on me lately, but this part pretty much seals the deal. Those lines he did were so sick. I never knew he was such a skilled ledge skater.
