Anyone here into rage against the machine?

Yeahhh i know they're main stream (or were before they broke up) and main stream tends to suck... but i for one am into rage.

The biggest show my band ever played, we ended up opening for them.  This was right before they signed the major.  Zack was always cool to me because he was primarily a hardcore kid at heart.  I grew up seeing Hard Stance and Inside Out playing shows all the time.

Yeah plus like Audioslave broke up so the guy from them is free... and yeah their doin that festival shit.

Possible album in the future? Would be so sick. Think about how damn angry it would be.

They got like a good 6 years of bush bashing to get to.

they just played the Voodoo fest in New Orleans a couple days ago.  I never was too into Rage, but I did kinda like Inside Out back in my straightedge days.

but yeah, you gotta keep the rap and the rock seperate.  no exceptions.

fuck that, the battle of los angeles sucked. used to be super into when I was like 10-14. ratm and evil empire were pretty good. i'am really glad they weren't around when bush was president. every song would have been about bush or something like that.i don't want to hear any more shit about that guy. regan was the cooler president to bash in music.

i don't think rage gives a shit about mainstream political issues. rage was around when the first bush was in office and starting wars, i saw them at the time but they've always seemed to be into more obscure political causes.

Rage fucking rules, Had free tickets for thier show in san fran just had to get down there and i had a day to do it, Wanted to go sooooo bad but Van Island to Frisco is a long way! Still bummed i didnt say fuck it and went!

If you get inspired to skate a certain way, how concerned are you with its popularity or acceptability within the skate world
I thought skating was popular and acceptable in the skate world. Maybe I didn't get that press release.
