I'm far from being a natural, so if I don't have the feeling for them, I can easily spend a whole day trying and not succeeding. Tricks I do somehow know how to do although I never did mostly work out after about half an hour of concentrated trying. But I'm speaking of a few lucky landers, no solid on-lock type-o-thing.

almost none. I usually just cruise around. though I might play SKATE with my friends sometimes.

I did a lot more when I was in High School, lived in the woods and didn't have a car. Now that I can drive wherever I want to skate, maticulously working on all the flippery isn't that appealing. Nowadays a game of SKATE is a good way to keep 'em on lock. I need to put in some flatground work though. I'm slippin'.

Most of my time really. If I don't feel like going to the park I just skate down the street and do flip tricks over the sewer caps trying to get them better.
I clearly haven't been skating enough though, cause it hasn't done much for me.

the only thing i really enjoy skating is flatground with my friends. other stuff is fun but i could skate flat every day and not get bored.

I only skate flatground when nothing else is really attracting me. Granted, when I'm skating some ledges or something I'll throw in some flatground here and there. But really skating flatground is something that kind of bores me.

I skate flatground more than anything these days, probably because you can do it just about anywhere. It's one of my fav. things to skate actually, I'd choose flatground over a lot.

skating flatground helps everythign else, I find myself at the ledge flatground area of my skatepark the most.

i skate the sewer lid in front of my house. i used to not go back inside until i landed everything about five times. but since my knee's been a rebel the last several months, i just land em once or twice and spend my energy skating spots mostly.

true but this day and age when someone says "flatground" i figure they're talking about fliptricks, and not bonelesses and step off shuvits.

in any case, i do whatever comes to mind/makes me happy, be it some new tricks, old tricks, or stupid tricks. i'm pretty sure i get made fun of but i just skate however i want to skate. i don't really care one way or the other, they can stay hating while i stay smiling.
