The BBC report that aired was basically the prime example of how the UK will handle this case. They reported people paying for subscriptions, uploading the music to a site, and used the old Napster as broll. The suit is going to have so many holes about knowledge of P2P, it will just be thrown in the trash.
I wouldn't worry the least bit. Nobody's going to be sued, because they don't even know what they're going to sue for. Personally, I think it's hilarious they're treating file sharing like it was worse than child porn. Such great priorities we have in this world nowadays.
