anyone know of any free simple editing programs that i can download ? its just for a small sponsor me tape that im making. (not windows movie maker)

You can download a trial version of Adobe Premiere Pro from the Adobe Site, I think. After Effects is a very good program too.

Yeah, they're pretty much the industry standard unless you're on a Mac (where Final Cut Pro is usually the 1st choice, though every Mac head I know owns all three).

I don't know of a freeware application though... Avid used to have a scaled down free version, but they discontinued it.
