Made after Deathbox underwent its transformation to Flip in 1992, this 15 minute video made by Sean Goff features plenty of unseen footage from Andy Scott, Tom Penny, Geoff Rowley, Rune Glifberg and Alex Moul.

geoff's push-after-landing thing was still evident sixteen years ago and i loved it. penny's stuff was top notch.

Nah, it was on the extras of a short lived UK video magazine series called "UKVM" back in 2003. I'd take an educated guess and say that it wasn't seen anywhere outside of the UK.

god dam penny was good and alex did flick his tricks crazy.. i think rune and moul gave penny some shit to aspire to and he def helped them too.. and penny fell alot and waay more unnaturally then i thought he did even tho i seen this b4 it gets me every time that wen he falls it looks like he never rode a skateboard in his life.. not sure if abp but this came out 2/3 yrs later and is really sick, new old penny footy is always nice..

that second vid gives me chills. apparently the dude who filmed the 1st vid said in the background u can see top pros mocking his stee, which is human nature to want to destroy the unknown.. if only they knew the impact dude had 20 yrs later...

Not the dude that filmed it, but was present for that comp and the previous one where Penny was openly mocked by the Americans present.
Year later and after he finishes his winning run the first person to give him props (it's in the video) was Sanch, one of the guys laughing at him at the same contest 12 months earlier.
I guess real rocognised real.
Also at the point, pro skateboarding was universally American - nowhere else mattered.
Then Penny et al came a proved otherwise.
This is why older Brits will always defend him to this day.
