won these recently, they feel and look like wider Adidas AdiEase.

which is a really really good thing. was really surprised since my last pair of etnies were the arto saari 1 pro model. good job, etnies!

I really like the look of these and am sorta curious about them but can't make myself pull the trigger on a pair of etnies. But sick find for free!

Vans done good with this one: Syndicate Authentic Pros

sweet!
How is the sizing on those? Rather like classics or like pros? I'm a bit confused by vans sizing

Anybody try these? I'm preparing for a brutal Korean winter. I'm a Floridian with no experience in skating cold weather.

Are they worth 95$? I don't really trust suede to be snow proof.

if youre looking for something you can skate and wear in this snow this is a good option but if your just looking for something to wear just get some real like snow shoes

I have them too, the sizing is like the pro's. Theres not alot thats confusing about vans sizing... All shoes with removable insoles etc are sized like pro's and all the classics like... well, classics.

The only shoe Ive had that differ are the stage 4's with the wafflecup sole, they fit like classics basically

My suede adidas busenitz (not vulc) held up fine on my snow trip last year

Just got these. So nice after Vulc.

Dunks are so good for skating in.

And these too, for $40

Seem pretty decent.

I skated about 10 pairs of the filter/dylan/dylan slip, and loved the flick and boardfeel. So next best thing is the Sutter. The bottom isn't as good as a Gravis, but those were virtually indestructible, but the gum outsole has just the right amount of grip, and the suede has been holding up really fucking well. And the colorway is nice on a fall day.

But black laces:

skating is all about choosing your outfit very deliberately, going out in public. looking super sick. and then riding your board a little bit

I think I've skated these for around 20 hours, and I couldn't be happier. Perfect flick from the start. Really comfortable, supportive shoe, even though it's a thin vulc. This is my new go to shoe from Lakai.

Yup. I'm usually more into cupsoles but I really liked them and they held up pretty well. They only really died after the sole got a huge gash in it from some broken glass which then deteriorated rapidly whilst skating. Good to see Lakai getting so much love on this page as well.
